The hotel is located in an excellent area, making it easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious and child-friendly, perfect for our family. However, we encountered issues with cleanliness and maintenance, including a dusty room and a couple of minor appliance failures. Overall, the experience was pleasant but left room for improvement.

My visit to the hotel was filled with some highlights, notably the gorgeous pool area and beautiful views. The spacious accommodations were great for a family stay. However, the communication regarding pool access was lacking, which led to some frustration. Additionally, parking was quite inconvenient during peak times, making it a bit of a hassle. Overall, it had its ups and downs, but the positives made for a decent stay.

The property provides a wonderful condo-like experience, surrounded by stunning views and a quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff were very accommodating, which added to the positive experience overall. However, the initial room assignment was disappointing, being close to the parking lot with no views, but thankfully, the manager resolved this issue by moving us to a better unit. Additionally, some areas of the property could use a little more attention when it comes to upkeep, especially in the rooms near the pool which could feel dated.

Rooms

The first room was a bit outdated and lacked cleanliness, but the second unit we were assigned to was much more comfortable and well-appointed.

Our stay at the Hyatt in Sedona was absolutely wonderful! The spacious one-bedroom unit worked perfectly for our family, especially with the fully functional kitchenette that allowed us to save some money by cooking meals. The pool and activity center were great, keeping our kids entertained throughout our visit. However, we did find the reservations for certain amenities a bit challenging at times, which slightly took away from the relaxation we were aiming for. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that our family would happily repeat.

Our stay was quite mixed. The location in Sedona is absolutely wonderful, making it perfect for outdoor activities. Unfortunately, the room was on the smaller side, and we experienced noise issues from neighbors. The facilities, particularly the pool area, were enjoyable, but the service had its ups and downs, which prevented it from being a flawless experience.

The room was smaller than expected and quite dated, with noise from neighbors impacting our peace. It had a nice porch area for star gazing.
